Current resume, and three current letters of recommendation, including at least one letter regarding most recent teaching experience.
Indication of current CA State teaching credential, as applicable, for the desired position.
Verification of Highly Qualified status, such as current NCLB Certificate or copy of CSET score report.
Proof of CLAD/CTEL or comparable EL authorization, if not embedded in teaching credential.
Original, official transcripts will be required, if hired, for placement on the PVSD certificated salary schedule.
