        Portola Valley School District is soliciting bids for the provision of vended meals for the School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs. Bids will be accepted until Friday, March 18, 2022 at 1:00 P.M at the District Office, located at 4575 Alpine Road, Portola Valley, California, 94028. View the Full Bid Document.       Vendor Questions (updated March 3, 2022)
      Q: Will there be a mandatory site visit?
      A: A site visit is not mandatory, though it may be beneficial for vendors to get a sense of our needs. District staff are available to schedule visits with interested parties prior to the March 18 deadline. Contact [email protected] if interested.
       
      Q: Will you conduct a taste test?
      A: After bids are received we will invite the top two prospects to participate in a taste test with a group of staff and students.
